Vivagroup Holding ("Vivagroup") is an Limited Liability Company organized on 3/13/2023 by the VIVABOGLO Business Trust. Since its incorporation, Vivagroup has achieved the following milestones: found an office, developed as company website and commenced the creation of value through the setting up of businesses.
Our team
Vivagroup is led by Dr. Elizabeth Adekoje, who is the Chief Executive Manager. She is a Nigerian-American who immigrated to the United States in 1998. Her experience within and outside the USA include television broadcasting, social services, business venturing, and investing.
Overseeing Vivagroup is Ayodele Boglo as a representative of the trust. His background includes Management Consulting, Information Technology, Manufacturing, and Banking
Our mission
Vivagroup Holding, located in Sheridan Wyoming, is a newly established holding company that was formed to be the controlling stockholder in other companies it has invested in. It will initially control the Vivagroup of companies (Real Estate, Transportation, Professional Services, and Digital business) but will invest in other companies in the future.Vivagroup will own assets in both public and private companies in industries deem fit for its investments. The company solely performs oversight and is not involved in managing or day-to-day operations.
Vivagroup Holding will provide a number of benefits and services to its subsidiaries. Those benefits include risk mitigation, asset protection, tax minimization, central control, flexibility for growth and development, and succession planning.
The primary benefit for Vivagroup Holding is to minimize the risk for its subsidiaries that forming and operating a company entails. If the subsidiary were to be sued, the liability would not exist, as the holding company would assume the risk as it is a controlling shareholder. Risk management is enhanced by dividing its assets across multiple companies.
